Classes
Our classes are held in the Hunter Valley region, with classes in Cessnock, Pokolbin and Wollombi. We run progressive beginners, dynamic, gentle asana and meditation classes for people of all ages and fitness levels.
General public, one on one, or private group bookings and corporate classes available.
- General classes: Open to the public and are available in the areas of Cessnock, Pokolbin and Wollombi (click here to view timetable), classes include progressive beginner, dynamic and gentle asana and meditation classes. Classes are suitable for people of all ages. Come and experience a class with no obligation to continue, though consistency is recommended to achieve the outcomes you desire.
- One on one: Develop strength and unity of mind and body on an individual basis with personalized classes tailored to suit you.
- Group bookings: Have a group of friend/family/ colleagues who want to experience yoga together? Why not book your own class and specify the areas you want in your class focused on.
- Corporate classes: Yoga classes are a fantastic way of calming and grounding the body and mind to help promote productivity in all areas. Why not book a class for your business to ensure that your staff/students/collogues are getting the relaxation necessary to maintain focus during working hours.
