Cherry King (Chandaramurti)
![]() I’m passionate about Meditation, Pranayama (breathing techniques) and Kirtan (Mantra to music) and have used Yoga to help get back my own wellbeing after experiencing Cancer and the various treatments involved. I’m now back in full force & keen to pass on and share the benefits of yoga to you, a member of your family, or a friend. I’m currently running a class in Cessnock, and if you think you would like to learn something about Yoga in an informative and relaxed style….this may be the class for you. My keen wish is to make Yoga accessible to everybody, whether you are perhaps feeling a little old, inexperienced, stiff, overweight or even a bit intimidated by the mainstream misapprehension of having to tie yourself in knots. My Classes aim, rather than tying you up in knots, to release a few by practising gentle stretching and relaxation techniques that are designed to improve suppleness of both body and mind. These ancient and powerful techniques can enhance your life and overall wellbeing in a style that’s given to having some genuine fun along the way.
